Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Saffron Walden u3a will be held at The Bowls Club in Abbey Lane on Monday 21^st September 2026 at 2.00 pm, or at any adjournment thereof.

As per last year our AGM will take place 30 minutes before our September Open Meeting's talk. Doors will be open from 1.00pm for refreshments and for those who have still to renew their membership.

Under the terms of the Constitution, all the members of the Executive Committee, including those serving as Officers, will retire at the Annual General Meeting.

COMMITTEE

Written nominations by a proposer and seconder will need to be sent to the Secretary at least 28 days before the AGM (i.e. by 24^th August 2026). Nomination forms are available to download from the Saffron Walden u3a website: saffronwalden.u3asite.uk.

Only current members are entitled to attend, vote and speak at the Meeting.
